Diaz Roofing came out and gave me what I considered a fair estimate, considering a huge section of tree had fallen on my roof. There was minimal damage and the insurance sent someone out to inspect after the section was removed and determined there was some damage. The insurance asked me to get an estimate for the repair, but said it was probably within my deductible. Since I had already gotten an estimate for a tear-off, and scheduled the roof replacement, I didn’t bother with the insurance. The work fell within the estimated amount I had budgeted for.
