To top it off, they replaced the old trim and painted it to look good with all the new siding. They sent a small crew to pick up any loose nails, cleaned the yard. Incredibly easy to work with. I was having roof issues, Diaz roofing came out, gave a fair estimate and had the roof on in one day. They knew of my leaky roof issue and had the roof on five days after the estimate, because they knew heavy rains were coming, they got the roof on just in time though the crew got soaked during completion. They were a great team and professional.

Diaz Roofing came out and gave me what I considered a fair estimate, considering a huge section of tree had fallen on my roof. There was minimal damage and the insurance sent someone out to inspect after the section was removed and determined there was some damage. The insurance asked me to get an estimate for the repair, but said it was probably within my deductible.
Since I had already gotten an estimate for a tear-off, and scheduled the roof replacement, I didn’t bother with the insurance. The work fell within the estimated amount I had budgeted for. Diaz Roofing was very professional and fast. They had done my neighbor’s replacement and had previously repaired storm damage to my roof.
